About
How Analytics Tool teaches technical analysis training on trend continuation setups from a Werribee studio for Australian traders.
Analytics Tool grew from evening chart clubs held in Werribee living rooms into a dedicated teaching room on Cornish Street. The subject never widened into “markets generally.” We stayed with one stubborn problem: traders who can name a trend still mismark the pause, enter late, or abandon a valid pullback because the candle colour felt wrong.
Why continuation, not everything
Flag patterns, shallow retracements, and measured moves share a grammar. Once you can state that grammar in writing — structure, pause quality, trigger, invalidation — you stop collecting indicator opinions. Our curriculum is deliberately narrow so board time stays deep.
How we teach
Printed charts before screens. Participants draw swings in silence, then compare markup. Instructors challenge soft language (“it looks strong”) until the sentence names a higher low, a flagpole height, or a volume dry-up. Live Australian session examples appear in the afternoon, after the rules are already on paper.
People and place
Instruction is delivered by a small teaching team based in Victoria. Clients include share traders managing their own accounts, part-time FX participants, and a few advisers who want cleaner chart language when discussing technical levels with clients. We are educators, not advisers under an AFSL for personal advice — workshop content is general training.
Values at the board
- Specificity over slogans
- Risk written beside every entry idea
- Small groups so every chart gets airtime
- Honesty about failed continuations
If you want a tour of the room or a short conversation before booking, enquire and we will find a time.
