Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for technical analysis training workshops, clinics, coaching, and practice weeks with Analytics Tool.
Scope
These rules apply to paid places in the Trend Continuation Workshop, Evening Continuation Clinics, Private Chart Coaching, and Mentored Practice Week. They do not cover products we do not sell (software licences, indicator packs, or brokerage).
Eligibility window
- Workshops: Full refund of fees paid (including deposit) if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before day one. Between thirteen and seven days, you may receive a fifty percent refund of the total fee or transfer once to a later workshop within six months. Inside seven days, fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Evening clinics: Full refund if cancelled at least forty-eight hours before start; otherwise the fee is forfeited, with one free transfer to another clinic theme within three months if we have capacity.
- Private coaching: Sessions cancelled with at least twenty-four hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
- Mentored Practice Week: Full refund if cancelled seven or more days before the Monday start; after that, fifty percent refund if materials have not been issued, otherwise non-refundable.
Deposits
Workshop deposits of AUD 300 are credited toward the balance. They become non-refundable inside the fourteen-day window except where we cancel the event or Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Work already started
Once a workshop day or coaching session has begun, that day’s fee is non-refundable. Partially completed practice weeks are refunded only for unused weekdays if we cancel delivery on our side.
Materials
Printed chart packs prepared for your seat are non-refundable once printed for a confirmed name. Digital prep packs already emailed remain yours; no separate material refund applies.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, programme, date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
Our cancellations
If Analytics Tool cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation you booked independently.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law. If training is not delivered with acceptable care and skill, contact us to resolve the matter before seeking external remedies.
