Terms governing enrolment in technical analysis training on trend continuation setups with Analytics Tool in Australia.
Acceptance
By browsing this site or enrolling in a programme with Analytics Tool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an enrolment or use the contact form for booking purposes.
Training services
We provide educational workshops, clinics, coaching, and practice supervision on technical analysis and trend continuation setups. Content is general training. It is not personal financial product advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or contract.
Enrolment and payment
A place is confirmed when we accept your enquiry and, where required, receive the stated deposit or fee. Prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise noted. Informational fee pages may change; the amount in your confirmation email governs that booking.
Intellectual property
Chart packs, checklists, slide boards, and written materials remain the property of Analytics Tool. You may keep personal copies for your own study. You may not reproduce, sell, or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.
Conduct
Participants must treat instructors and peers respectfully. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or records other participants without consent. Fees for removed participants follow the refund policy where applicable.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Analytics Tool is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our total liability for a given booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued enrolment after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future bookings.
